General
- Kek Leleh Waffy agrees to provide its product to all online orders which are subject to availability. However, items on your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until the purchase is confirmed.

Kindly Take note that delivery process will take around 2 to 5 working days. Postage will be out Every Monday, Tuesdays & Wednesday only.
- The price shown does not include shipping costs.
- All our products are carefully checked and packed before shipping.
- We do not offer exchange or return on items unless the product is damaged or defected from the seller (HQ). If you encounter a defect on your item, please contact us immediately within 3 (three) days after receiving the items at +6013 274 8696 For return and refund information kindly refer to our “Returns and Refunds Policy” section.
- We are not responsible for any damage (crack) or loss during shipment.
- Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier and destination.

Returns and Refunds Policy
- i) Exchange
Damaged or defected? Don’t worry! You have 3 days to return your item to us for an exchange. To exchange your item, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. To process your exchange, please mail your exchange item together with your receipt back to us. The item being exchanged must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.
- ii) Refunds
If you would like to return your item for whatever reason, we will refund you within 14 days of your purchase. To process a refund, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. To process your refunds, please mail your return item together with your receipt back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.
Shipping Policy
Delivery costs for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and also Sarawak will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider. We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
In case of any faults, issues, defects, or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed.
Payment Policy
For all orders made from us, you can pay via manual payments, internet banking, or with a valid credit or debit card. Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice however these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (Paid) orders, For any issues regarding your payments, please feel free to reach out to our customer care.
